Mr. Kenneth Lee Silvers Sr. Age 75, Limestone, stepped into Glory, April 16, 2025, surrounded by his family.
He was born in Flag Pond, TN, to the late Beulah Silvers. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Norma Jean Silvers, brothers and sisters, Dorsey Briggs, Frank Briggs, James Robinson, Clyde Robinson, and Mae Casey.
Kenneth was a member of Embreeville Cove Missionary Baptist Church. He retired from the Johnson City School Maintenance. He enjoyed the outdoors, Trout Fishing, Shotguns, Turkey Shoots, gardening, canning, and most of all spending time with his family.
Survivors include his children and their spouses, Karen and Randy McLain, Teresa and Terry "Tree" Lewis, and Kenneth Lee Silvers Jr. and Jennifer Silvers. Grandchildren. Matthew, Cody, and Hannah McLain, Ryan, Morgan, and Alyssa Lewis, Jessica, Tres, Madison, and Allison Silvers. Sister Ann Casey, brother Maynard Silvers, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service for Kenneth will be held Saturday April 19, 2025 2:00 PM at Embreeville Cove Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Brown, Pastor Brad Willis, and Pastor Stephen Saults officiating. The family will receive family and friends from 12:00 to 2:00 PM prior to the service. Graveside will follow in Bumpass Cove Cemetery. His children and grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
