Kevin Stinson

Kevin Lee Stinson, 51, went home to be with our Lord, December 17, 2024 at the Johnson City Medical Center with his loving wife & son by his side.
Kevin was born December 5, 1973 to Patty Wheeler & late Sammy Stinson.
Kevin was a highly praised general contractor for over 30 years. He specialized in commercial/residential floor covering & in addition, he installed custom baths & showers. He took great pride in his work & was the business owner of Stinson’s Flooring.
Kevin was a member of Risen Life Fellowship. He loved his church family and was a true believer of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Kevin married Angeli Aguas Stinson on June 11, 2017. They were perfect for each other from the very beginning to his last breath on this earth. They were blessed with 2 children, Roman (14) & Berkley (5).
He was known for giving the best “bear” hugs. He had no enemies & was deeply loved by all who met him. He loved hunting & fishing, fast motorcycles, raising chickens, drinking coffee on his back porch but most of all, God & his family.
Kevin is survived by his dear wife Angeli Stinson; two beautiful children Roman & Berkley; mother Patty Tester; sister Kelli Williams; aunt & uncle Susie & Jeff Taylor; special cousins- Dale Hardin, Travis Taylor & Darren Harrison; father & mother-in-law whom he was very close with, Ed & Elena Aguas; sister-in-law Melissa Aguas; and special friends Monique Cross and Eddie Cross among several other family members & close friends.
A memorial service for Kevin will be held Friday, December 20, 2024 at the Risen Life Fellowship Church in Jonesborough with Pastor Josh Whaley officiating. A visitation for family & friends will be from 5:30-7pm prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations - can be sent to Risen Life Fellowship Church from 3:30-5:30pm.
