Richard Franklin Tester, 59, of Lucasville, OH, formerly of Jonesborough, passed away on Thursday evening, October 30, 2024 at his home after a lengthy illness. He was born to the late William and Barbara (Mitchell) Tester.
He is survived by his life partner, Vickie Toller; daughter, Christina Tester; grandson, Ryan Roberts; step-children, Christopher, Jacob, and Jeremiah Lewis; sisters, Sherry Ponce (Rick), Paula Jane Coomer, Laura Sue Tester, Mary Ruth Chapmen, and Alice Sanders (Sammy).
The Tester family will honor Richard's life with a Graveside Service on Saturday, November 2, 2024, in Philadelphia Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Pastor John H. Moore officiating beginning at 2 PM.
