Rickey Gore

Rickey Mark "Senator" Gore, 66, of Limestone, passed away Thursday morning, January 16, 2025 at the Johnson City Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born to the late Harry and Ava (Hodges) Gore. In addition to his parents, Rickey was preceded in death by his brother, James Gore. Rickey worked for Tri-State Auto Glass for over thirty years. He was an avid NASCAR fan, and enjoyed diecast cars. Rickey was a lifelong member of VFW Post 9724 Auxiliary Members.

He is survived by his son, Dallas "D.J." Gore (Cheyenne); daughter, Tiffany Gore (Cody Rush); sisters, Roma Mashburn, and Martha Donegan (Clint); grandchildren, Zion, Paisley, and Sophie; along with several nieces and nephews.

The Gore family will receive friends on Monday, January 20, 2025, from 5 PM - 7 PM at Jonesborough Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will follow at 7 PM.
