Mrs. Wanda Fay Taber Constant, age 70, Jonesborough, passed away on December 29, 2023 at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Mrs. Constant was a native of Johnson City and the daughter of the late William and Mildred Lois Garland Taber. She was also preceded in death by her husband Dean L. Constant.
She was a Homemaker.
She was survived by her children, Angela Wolfe, Christine Smith, DeAnna Dykes and Andrew Constant; seven grandchildren; one brother Dan Taber.
